Infant-Toddler Teacher

About the Role:

We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic educator who loves working with young children and is passionate about creating a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment. As an Infant-Toddler Teacher, you’ll inspire curiosity, guide early development, and build meaningful connections with both children and families.

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan and lead developmentally-appropriate, hands-on activities.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families.

Requirements:

  • Oregon Criminal Background Check
  • Infant/Child/Adult First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
  • Oregon Food Handlers Card (or willingness to obtain)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a group childcare setting (infant–3 years old)
  • Three references who can speak to your reliability and work ethic (at least one from a previous employer)
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
  • Comfortable lifting, bending, and standing for long periods

Full time

35–40 hours/week, Mon–Fri between 6:00 AM–6:00 PM

$19.50-$21.50/hour DOE
